Food Caravan

Weddings, Birthdays, Bucks Parties, Corporate Functions - You name it and we can cater it.
We’ve done Wedding expos, Festivals, Gym Competitions, Equine training days, School concerts and more.
Enquire now for your next event.
We also hire out the Caravan to use as a bar with bartenders to serve up your beverages.

In Venue Catering

Use of a section of our venue. The rest of the venue will remain open to the public.
Capacity limits
Standing 40 guests | Sit down 25 guests
Seating options include a combination of low tables/chairs and high tables/stools.
Exclusive use of our entire venue.
Capacity limits
Standing 100 guests | Sit down 60 guests
Seating options include a combination of low tables/chairs and high tables/stools.
Dancefloor space will affect capacity limit.
We can either do a Cocktail style event with Canapes, or we do a full sit down dinner “feed me” style.

Off Site Catering/Functions

Want a different option from the food Caravan? Want more of a serve yourself style spread?
We’ve got you covered with our 3×3m Marquee & Smoker Trailer instead.
If you have a kitchen on site at your venue already we are more than happy to utilize it for you function.
This also extends to Club Training nights and the like.
We love coming to cater training nights for sporting clubs so they have something a little different sometimes.
Let us come to you and do the cooking and cleaning to leave you with a beautiful “date night” experience without all the other people.

Event Hire

In our many years of setting up for Weddings, Trivia, Birthdays and Harry Potter themed nights we have managed to amass quite a collection that you can now hire out yourself.
Tables setting items such as Vases, Candles & Holders, Tablecloths, Table Runners, Napkins, Table Numbers etc.
Furnishings for hire include Cafe Chairs & Tables, Oil Barrel Tables & Stools as well as Antique Chairs, Couches, Bedheads, Mirrors, Lamps, Paintings and more.
We can also whip up Custom Signage, Cake Toppers, Printed Menus, Wishing Wells and Memorial Signage.
A large array of Glassware, Cutlery, Crockery, Glass Dishwashers and more.
We currently have Lawn Twister, Connect 4, Naughts and Crosses, Cornhole and Totem Tennis for hire.

Entertainment

We have a vast array of entertainment options available including Solo artists, Duo artists, Bands, DJs, Trivia Hosts, MCs and more.
We also have all things sound equipment to hire out for the day/week/month, you name it.
